WHO WE ARE
For three years, we owned a busy shopfront agency in Marbella town centre near the Skol. Our team of experienced multi-lingual professionals helped many people with buying or selling residential and commercial property, rentals, mortgage broking and related services.
We sold the business in 2006 and are no longer active in real estate. This site remains online purely to offer my Marbella town centre apartment for holiday rentals.

is a licensed credit broker with many years experience in placing insurance based investments including offshore monthly premium or lump sum plans. Originally from Durban, South Africa, he has worked in South Africa, England, USA and Spain. He speaks English, German, Afrikaans and a little Spanish. He enjoys fast cars, boats, skiing, golf, barbecues and watching action-packed movies, preferably with car chases!
Mortgages and Finance
Bev Stuart-James has an associate near London who can provide assistance on raising equity towards overseas purchases. He has a similar arrangement with a local Belgian broker and can also raise finance in Ireland from 5,000 €.
